Weight log grouped by month
The Log

One number a day. That's the whole job.

Tap plus, type the number, done. Entries group themselves by month so a year of weigh-ins reads like a diary instead of a spreadsheet. Swipe to edit or delete anything.

  • Lbs or kg: switch any time, and your history converts with you.
  • Optional weigh-in reminder to keep the streak alive.
  • Back-date an entry you forgot.
The Dashboard

The trend, at the size it deserves.

Current weight, total change, BMI and entry count sit across the top. Below them, a full-width chart you can scope to a week, a month, three months, a custom range, or everything you've ever logged.

With Friends

Everyone's lines on one chart.

Send one invite link. From then on, you and your friends or family see each other's progress side by side, with 7-day and 30-day change for each person, so encouragement lands at the right moment.

Shared tab with three people's weight trends on one chart

Invite by link

Tap Invite in the Shared tab and send the link however you like. They open it on their iPhone and they're in.

Mutual by choice

You see theirs once they share back. Nobody is added to anything without deciding to.

Change, not judgement

Each person shows their current weight and 7- and 30-day movement, the numbers that actually mean something.

BMI screen showing 23.7 Normal with category ranges
BMI

A number, plus the context around it.

Your BMI updates with every weigh-in, and the full category scale sits right underneath so you can see where you land and what moves you. The app is honest about the limits: BMI ignores muscle mass, body composition, age and sex.

Informational only, not medical advice.

Privacy

There is no server to trust.

Your weigh-ins live in your own iCloud via CloudKit. We never see them, because there's nowhere for us to see them from. No account to create, no email to hand over, no analytics profile, no ads.
